I am a speaker and an author and a musician - you know jack of all trades etc. I am a jazz pianist and I have a Ph.D. in Counseling. I am married to the most incredible woman I have ever met and have two daughters who are incredible singers, dancers and more importantly people.I have had six books published and I wrote a musical that was performed on stage. I have since modified it and call it Choices. It is geared to help children and young adults look at the choices they make.If you go on my website www.mystresscoach.com you can see some of the songs with photos I downloaded from sites on the web that do that. I'm trying to figure out how to get it out there to schools. Besides working with corporations and such I have done a lot of work with people who are dealing with things like Cancer, AIDs, MS, and other illnesses. I also work with people who have lost loved ones. I used to work in substance abuse. One of my books is "Who's In Charge? Attacking the Stress Myth" which is what I talk a lot about. My approach to stress is really different than many out there. Another book I love is "Choosing the Gift - dealing with the loss of a loved one." It is a gift book for people who have had a death in the family. The photographs are by a friend of mine and it really is a beautiful book. One book is I Will Live Today which I co-wrote with a friend of mine who was given 6 months to live about 33 years ago and is still doing fine. I have a book for kids called What Do You Think Of You. Just trying to help and keep my passion up.
