A lovely blog, beautifully done (a real work of art) Yes, you have a really good subject, but like you point out I think it takes much more than just Visualization. For me visualization is just a tool for helping focus and when you focus on your Core Desires (if you know them!) and using the conquering force within you, you will definatly get results. I can see that this is what you do! Conciously or unconciously! Keep up the good work!

I liked your blog! Great thoughts on food, eating habits and stress! I agree that REAL food is a very important issue for good health! There are some very interesting things going on in the food industry. I have been wondering what happened to the good natural tastes instead of all these flavouring additives? Also how is our food processed and what effects do these other "anti agents" have on our overall health! I recommend reading the content on food packages, it is very educational, ex, Is an ice-cream really an ice cream?
