Life is full of gifts & I consider myself lucky. I have three wonderful children and five energetic grandchildren. One of my other gifts in life was my diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis (MS). People often tell me they are sorry when they hear of my illness or think that I am nuts when I say it was a gift. MS truly was a gift, it opened my eyes. Not only to my health, but the health of others and this planet.
Everyone of us is given a wonderful vehicle (our body) to go through life. How fast it ends up in the junk yard depends on us.
Will we fill it full of high fat, processed, or chemical laden fuel. Drink or saturate our vehicles with toxic water or personal care products that we can't even pronounce.
We get one body. One body to take us through this whole life. By taking care of it and the world around you, that body could give you 100+ pleasant and joyful years.
With my new (MS) eyes I want to help spread the word. I want to help others look at what we are, and what we could be doing for ourselves and the planet.
