I've been a programmer for 27 years, 21 years professionally . I'm based just outside Houston, Texas and have had the good fortune in my career to work for several Fortune 500 companies. I'm currently the lead developer at one of these companies and get to command a team of developers, manage the technical aspects of projects and pick new technologies.

I have a love of anything Sci-Fi: movies, books, TV, etc. I really enjoy Japanese manga and animé, Ghost in the Shell series being my all-time favorite. Of late I’ve discovered an interest in writing Sci-Fi and the website Ficlets. You’ll find a few of my story threads from Ficlets on Omnibus website.

I love music and have a large collection of songs from a wide variety of styles, everything from Classical to Heavy Metal. I enjoy karaoke and sing every weekend at a favorite club. Actually the KJ is a good friend and I created the software that she uses to run the show.

I have always enjoyed anything to do with water for as long as I remember. I’m very lucky to live on Galveston Bay and enjoy boating with friends as much as I possible can. During the summer months, you’ll find me hanging out on the water somewhere.
