Dawn Rhodes, owner of SHADES Jewelry, is a semi-self-taught jewelry designer who has been creating and selling beaded jewelry for over 5 years. Having over 15 years of small business management experience with two family owned business, Dawn is now offering her marketing, advertising and promotional experience to other small business owners through a blog and also offers small business classes and consulting to help other small businesses learn and grow their businesses as well. Dawn is a member and co-moderator for Ohio Beaders,the Fashion Industry Network, Self-Representing Jewelry Artists and Designers #513, and Bead Artists Against Breast Cancer and several other on-line forums. She currently owns two on-line stores for SHADES Jewelry.
