Simon Wilby lived in Calgary, Alberta Canada. He is the genius behind The Smart One-- revolutionary battery charger powered by solar energy. His company, The Smart Power Inc made it possible to develop and create eco-friendly inventions.
In February 2004, Simon faced a very challenging issue in his career life. A certain Dan who is also from Calgary, Alberta wrote a Rip-Off Report out of frustration. Dan posted about an undelivered order and went as far as describing Simon Wilby as "deceptive".
To which Simon Wilby and his company, The Smart Power Inc addressed. Dan's orders were not deliberately undelivered. They were merely delayed due to some shipping reasons that were completely out of Simon Wilby's control.
