I am a mother, first and foremost. I am a freelance writer and blogger. My goal is to one day end Big Media and "raunch culture" as we know it. If I have friend requested you, it is because I want you to join my revolution to bring back what REAL beauty is about. I am about increasing the self-esteem and self-respect of young women and girls; spreading the word that they do NOT have to meet the unrealistic ideals that they see splashed all over the media. They are beautiful exactly they way they are. They also must never be afraid to show they are intelligent. Don’ t fall into the trap of having to dumb yourself down to get a guy to like you. YOU alone teach people how to treat you. Teach them to respect you. At the end of the day, your dignity and your integrity is all you have. And men? A lot of you need to knock it off already with the "Peter Pan" syndrome. It isn't attractive.
