My parents taught me a young age to appreciate wine. White goes with poultry and fish, red goes with Italian red sauces and red meat. Times have changed. It is now okay to pair red wine with turkey and fish. Taster B and I are not the typical “Wine Snobs”. Our BLOG, “Smells Like Grape” is a documentation of our journey to find new wines, visits to wineries, show some photography and share some food. Our purpose is to demystify wine and encourage others to have a journey of their own.
