I grew up in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and I love everything Brazilian, especially the food and the music. What inspires me to make jewelry is the seeds I use in my designs-- the fact that they were picked from the Amazon soil and are a source of income to many locals. The seeds are beautiful and each so unique. Their beauty takes me back to the beauty of the Amazon rain forest itself. These seeds make me feel connected to an essential aspect of myself, my country, my planet.
