I am a 55 year old former accountant who has been suffering from back pain for several years and I have found that Pilates provides relief from this. My Osteopath/Physiotherapist
And myself have formed a Joint Venture to market on the Internet high quality DVD's on the subject of Pilates and stretch for back pain. I live in Greater Manchester in the North-West of England.
If anyone has any advice on the subject of the back pain or is a fellow sufferer I would truly welcome your comments.
