I started this as a recovering backpain sufferer and imagined helping others going through back pain. I have not experienced everything backpain related so I draw on experience/experts/articles in the field from time to time. It is my passion to help people who have back pain to get information and inspiration and to be in control. I hope to explore physical, mental and emotional means of coping with and dealing with back pain.Any products/free information discussed are because I found them interesting, useful or worked for me. I love animals, especially dogs/horses. I love to feed birds in my garden, they kept me sane when I couldn't go out due to pain.I enjoy travel,good food, country walks and reading. I love the spring flowers, the outdoors and I enjoy a good film by the fire on a winters night.My work is with kids with physical and sensory challenges. I am studying Reiki and massage therapy and love to learn new things.I hope you find this blog useful.
