I love history, and am a bit of a knowledge junkie. I love finding out new things, even trivial or whimsical stuff. I was a history major in college, but then entered the wonderful world of information technology to pay the bills. Thankfully, that has given me the talent to be able to undertake a project like this, but I’m still trying to reconnect with my first love: history. Along with history, I enjoy random trivia (hence the focus on everything) and technology, especially when it comes to the progress of humanity. When it comes to this site, few topics are out of bounds, and I am open to suggestions. If you ever have any ideas, feel free to contact me.

It's a tricky one. You want to attract people to your site. A Twitter sidebar might distract visitors and have them log onto their account. Having updated tweets might be good for SEO. I really don't know.

Your blog beginnings remind me of A Word A Day. A grad student named Anu Garg began emailing a word each day to friends because he loves words. That was in the mid-1990s. His site became a phenomenon, he's got several books and is now famous!
