I write about what inspires me at the moment.
From music (Jackson Browne, of course), to comments on current issues, sprituality, reviews of favorite blogs, or musings on a healthy low carb lifestyle, this blog is that of a multi-tasker.
Varied content, from a colorful character (me!), is what can be expected! I've lived, loved and laughed and will share my inspirations and observations via this blog.
Words and music are my passion. Injustice to others ignites many of my actions. My spirit is fueled by love and light.
