I'm a down-to-earth guy who likes to write about the effect of mind-body connection, importance of conscious living, meditation, visualization, relaxation techniques, as well as other ancient and contemporary self-healing methods.
Most of my thoughts can be found on my primary website The Conscious Life. When I have time, I also like to write articles on the importance of clean air and uncontaminated water.
