I am a writer who's living the American Dream. Having befriended three other very adventurous women, we are now carving a homestead from the SW Utah Escalante Desert Valley.
We have several sheep, a couple dozen chickens, three horses, five dogs... and of course a greenhouse and garden. That is... we sometimes share a garden with the local critters, and they've been kind enough to allow us to harvest some of our garden.
Be sure to subscribe to all the blogs as they give you perspective and the feeling of being beside us as we toil... toting that tie, lifting that bale.
