I'm a recently graduated and married Texan trying to come to terms with still living here (or trying to decide whether to/when to leave for somewhere not as hot!). My husband and I have two miniature-dachshunds who are the loves of our lives. I am trying to make a freelance writing and editing career work. I love traveling, baking, dreaming, learning, reading, playing, and fixing up my house. I adore spending time with my family, but I am looking for more friends in the area. There is not much I do not like, except for many foods. I am extraordinarily picky, but do my best to fake enjoyment when with others.
