I’m Thom Richards who is retired and absolutely loves to barbecue for family and friends, and write about it. I live in Oregon, about ten miles outside of Portland.
Not a professional barbecue guy, or a prize winner, or anything like that. Just one that prides themselves out of getting the most out of something, and finding new ways to making it the best I can.
Now, I promote BBQ grills and accessories on my blog, but the emphasis and goal is how I can help you improve your barbecuing, and grilling techniques, also.
I share recipes, tips, tricks, and whatever is out there to get you going in the world of barbecue, and good tastes.
