I'm a successful 26 year old that has focused on my career since graduating from college. It has been my life, my priority until about two years ago. I started volunteering at a local crisis nursery. It's changed my life... Recently I've been coming to terms with the arrival of my ticking clock... "Farmie" is my boyfriend and is ten years my senior. He's changed my world for the better :) I've been wanting to foster for a while now and I'm taking baby steps (since that is all I'm currently allowed...you'll read why). I started this blog to share and record my experience exploring the foster care system and this new direction
