Tracy O'Neill, DSL, is the founder of 925coaching.com, a business & research coaching, consulting, and mediation company. She also works in the communications industry with Motorola, Icom, Kenwood and other well-known technology manufacturers. Dr. O'Neill holds B.S. degrees in Accounting and Management from the University of South Florida, a M.A. degree in Human Resources Development and Human Resources Management from Webster University, and a Doctor of Strategic Leadership degree, with emphasis in Leadership Coaching, from Regent University.
