I am a publicist, freelance travel writer, and photographer. I grew up in Communist Czechoslovakia, where my travel opportunities were limited. I always dreamt of being a journalist and writing about different countries, traditions and cultures from around the world. In 2000, I permanently moved to the US, after spending some time here working and studying since 1998. In 2004, four years after my move to the United States and many great travel and life experiences later, I co-founded STYLEE PR & Marketing with Sherrie Bakshi in Charleston, South Carolina. In 2007, I joined Zonta, presently, I am the vice-president of the local chapter and devote a lot of time to Zonta’s mission of advancing lives of women worldwide. Today, I am running my company alone and learning more and more every day about life, PR, world travel, people and cultures. My motto: I work…so I can learn and travel…
