I am a new blogger who is trying to convince people that healthy lifestyle is the way to go to have a better quality of life and an increase in life expectancy.
I believe that an healthy lifestyle is not meant to be expensive, its just that persons need to be motivated and guided to cost effective options to choose from.
In my blog I try to give a wide cross-section of options for persons to choose from. As I said, I am new to this scene and would like some information on how I can improve my website to earn for me.
