Introducing the Newest Audi RS3

Audi had kept the wraps tightly sealed about the newest RS model until just a few weeks ago at the Paris Motor Show when it introduced the 2018 Audi RS3 to the world. The Audi RS3 represents a new chapter for Audi as this is the first RS model to be built in conjunction with Audi Sport, Audi's new branch that will handle all of the performance models for Audi. If this new Audi RS3 is any representation of any upcoming models then the consumers of the world should be very excited, we know we are.

With the new 2018 Audi RS3, power is generous even for the biggest thrill seekers. Packing a turbocharged five-cylinder engine that creates 400 horsepower and 354lb-ft of torque, the Audi RS3 is capable of reaching upwards of 170 MPH, with specific packages from the factory. This type of power allows the RS3 to reach 60 MPH in as low as 4.1 seconds making it thrilling to drive on the street and on the track.

One of the biggest challenges for a car of this size with this much power is making sure that it will be able to handle and control with the same finesse and ease that all other Audi models do. To make sure that this was possible Audi created a redesigned chassis as well as standard all-wheel drive, or quattro®. Additionally, Audi lowered the suspension by one-inch which can help to improve the traction and handling of the car. All of these additions help to make the new 2018 Audi RS3 handle better in real life situations.

The release of this new Audi is still close to a year away with the expected release to be during the summer of 2017 at least, makes us excited and impatient. We here at Wyoming Valley Audi in Larksville, PA are incredibly excited about the new Audi RS3 and only wish it was going to be released sooner. While we all wait for the RS3 to be released come on down and feel free to ask us any questions or come take a look at any of our S-Line models if you are looking for something sporty and fun to drive.
