REANACLAIRE KITCHEN'S in Johor is opened during the weekdays, but all in all, I think I cook only three times! Other days were spent eating outside, oh dear... I can still remember very clearly my three meals, specially requested by my princess who does not like to take rice, so this time round, all I did was fried meehoon, Tomyam spaghetti and one time I boiled peanut porridge... The next round when I go, I must do more home cooking, really... eating outside is not really healthy but then... who does not?:)
It has been a doubly long time since I fried meehoon...
so much so that I do not know how to do it well already....
I used hot water to soften the meehoon and when I fried them, they turned to bits...
I prefer to eat them in long strands....
Ended up covering the unimpressive noodles with eggs...
Taste wise, not bad.. for I added in lots of ingredients...
For desserts to go with the meehoon, I boiled three types beans....
Red, green and black eye beans....
On another day, I cooked Tom Yam spaghetti cooked with the sauce and lemongrass...
Added in a packet of assorted seafood bought from Jaya Jusco called Atlantis...
Plus cherry tomatoes and some spaghetti sauce to enhance the taste...
Blanched a plate of broccoli to go with the noodles....
And my girl fried four eggs to go with the meal....
For sweeties, I boiled some Japanese sweet potatoes with ginger and brown sugar...
And after that, more workout at the gym...
*for show only*
LOL...
