The 5th year of Write1Sub1 is officially over, and that means it's time for our 5th annual Bradbury Awards.
Have you somehow managed to write, edit, and submit a brand-spankin' new short story or poem every week this year? If so, you are hereby awarded with The Bradbury Award! Yahoo! Be sure to leave your acceptance speech in the comments below.
"If you can write one short story a week -- doesn't matter what the quality is to start, but at least you're practicing. At the end of the year, you have 52 short stories, and I defy you to write 52 bad ones. Can't be done."
- Ray Bradbury

And for those of you who have written, edited, toiled over, and finally submitted a new work of fiction every month this year, we have The Light Ray Award! Way to go! Be sure to leave your acceptance speech in the comments.
“I know you've heard it a thousand times before. But it's true -- hard work pays off. If you want to be good, you have to practice, practice, practice. If you don't love something, then don't do it.” - Ray Bradbury
Let's reward ourselves today, folks. We've accomplished something extraordinary: This year, over 20 participants have seen more than 120 submissions accepted for publication and 60+ stories and poems published by paying markets. Well done, everybody!
